Touch promethean board will not work HELP
the screen does not recognize touch or the pen.
Promethean will be sending a new board. The G2 panel is in Mr. Borders room currently.
We had tried a firmware reflash. It did not work. We are waiting on info from Promethean for the next steps.
Tested the board, Touch does not work at all. An external mouse will. I have factory reset the board and that did not fix the issue. I will begin a ticket with Promethean.
